Good Evening

How is everyone tonight? Hope you had a great weekend. Aren't these flowers beautiful? The girls picked them up with their Mimi (my mother) at the farmers market this weekend. Tonight I'm posting an easy yummy recipe for artichoke dip. This is a crowd pleaser, I hope you like it. We are having it for a bedtime snack tonight!

                               Nanny's Artichoke Dip
1c. Mayo
1c. Grated Parmesan cheese
1Lg. Jar of Marinated Artichokes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and chop artichokes (I find it easier to cut them with scissors). Be careful using organic mayo, it tends to make the dip oily. Mix all ingredients and bake until golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips. If you plan to make this for a party, you'll want to double or triple the recipe.

On another note, just to update those who read the "Bra" saga. The wire has come out of my new not so sturdy bra. I give up! See you tomorrow.
